- Peter Williams himself became one of the first Chairmen of the Industrial Tribunal
- Former Senior Partner Michael Burr became the first Solicitor to be appointed as a Circuit Judge in 1992
- In 2009 former Partner Marjory Taylor was appointed a full-time District Judge
